David Garver Fund

The David Garver Fund distributes approximately $50,000 in grants to non-profit (501c3) organizations in the Bellefonte area each year.  The grants are awarded by the Bellefonte Elks Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis. Applications can be picked up in the Elks Club or obtained below. They can be returned there, or mailed to the Trustees at the lodge address. 

There are three pages to the Garver fund application. Two of instructions, and the actual application itself. Please print all three. If you are not a 501c3, please do not apply.
